INFORMATION FOR ARRIVING PILOTS

ABSOLUTELY  NO FLYBYS OR LOW PASSES ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.

FAA HAS ESTABLISHED ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE PROCEDURES FOR ALL FIXED WING & ROTORCRAFT WHICH MUST BE FOLLOWED.

1) Arrival Procedure
2) Departure Procedure

Aircraft Parking:  Immediately following landing, please advise the Unicom attendant whether you are:

1) a dealer displaying your aircraft,
2) an aircraft owner wishing to display your aircraft, or
3) a spectator.

You will be directed to an appropriate parking location, and accompanied by wingwalkers.   These locations are shown on the Event Map.  Helicopter pilots please note new parking area.

Aircraft Being Displayed for Judging:  We urge aircraft owners to put their planes on display.  After all, that's the primary purpose of the event.
There will be judging in multiple categories, with trophies awarded to the winners. After parking your aircraft, you will be met by a Greeter who will provide your airplane with a propeller sleeve to identify it. Our judges will place a special prop sleeve on the winning aircraft in each category, advising the owner to pick up the trophy

Aircraft Refueling:  Because of the proximity of spectators near the fuel pump, we do not permit refueling until 3PM.  We have 100LL avgas self-fueling, and any major credit card is accepted.

Departure:  It is vitally important that pilots do not start engines until accompanied by wingwalkers.  For the complete departure procedure, click the link above.
